After Ne Zha and Ao Bing are struck by divine lightning, their bodies are destroyed. Master Taiyi Zhenren uses the Seven-Colored Sacred Lotus to preserve their souls and reconstruct Ne Zha’s body, which now houses Ao Bing’s spirit. But this resurrection comes at a cost: Taiyi is weakened, and Ao Guang, Ao Bing’s father, believes his son is lost. In grief and rage, Ao Guang unleashes imprisoned monsters and allies with other Dragon Kings to attack Chentangguan.
